On December 17th, Alanna, Genevieve, Steve, Gran and I, along with our friend Patrick and his parents, took one last self-guided tour of the centre block of parliament before it closed its doors for a 10-year-long renovation. Alanna and Genevieve didn't get much out of the excursion, but it was important for us to take advantage of this opportunity to bid farewell to this piece of Canadian history until it reopens.
